Made in the classic Méthode Cuvee Clos, fine bubbles open up to a complex, layered bouquet of fresh citrus and notes of toast. The palate shows a rich creaminess and texture, enhanced by a refreshingly crisp finish.

We barrel-fermented this Sauvignon Blanc for added texture and complexity. Tropical citrus, and gentle oak notes greet the nose, then balanced by a creamy mouthfeel and a bright, fresh, citrusy finish.
